Monday 9th October, daytime - Green Monday at Preston New Road, with speakers Romayne Phoenix (of the New Lucas Plan Group, & former Chair/Co-Chair of both the Coalition of Resistance and the People's Assembly) and Alan Williams (Reclaim The Power). The New Lucas Plan is the up-dated version of the original 1970s Plan, which showed how workers at Lucas Aerospace could save their jobs - and benefit society and the planet - by converting production from arms to socially-useful products: such as wind turbines, hybrid car engines and medical equipment.
