I was born and brought up in Lancaster. I am currently in my final year of A levels studying at Ripley St Thomas, my chosen subjects are Biology, Economics and Business studies.
I have trained as a lifeguard and now teach swimming to young children. For the previous two summers I have worked for Lancaster City Council as a splash park attendant and member of the Beach Patrol team, during which I helped residents and visitors enjoy a safe and clean environment.
In these roles I frequently spoke to and developed friendships with many local residents of the Heysham area, giving me an idea of what issues are important to local people. If elected I would offer a fresh energetic voice for the people of Heysham in county hall.
I have worked with a charity in Palestine helping Palestinian farmers deal with problems brought about by the Israeli occupation of the West Bank. Some of my hobbies include cooking, hiking and Ju-Jitsu.
