James SommervilleJames runs his own energy consultancy and is also a Director at Green Rose CIC, a local social enterprise that works to help people reduce their energy bills and stay warm and well.

James' work is about providing practical solutions to tackle fuel poverty and make homes greener and healthier, through domestic energy efficiency, retrofit and renewables. He also has a broad interest in all aspects of sustainability and climate change mitigation.

James was elected in 2023 to represent Halton-with-Aughton & Kellet Ward. He sits on the local party executive as the Rural Area (North) Co-ordinator.
