Jan has lived in the Lancaster area since 2011.
She is a consultant Business Psychologist and Sustainability Consultant, and works with individuals and organisations helping them to develop their leadership skills and environmental management systems. She works applying psychology to leadership and to issues such as pro-environmental behaviour change and corporate responsibility.
Jan has a doctorate from Lancaster University in Educational Research.
Jan was a Heysham North Ward Candidate for Lancaster City Council in 2023.
