Councillors

The page linked to below lists all our current elected Councillors. 

  • Lancaster City Council by Ward - 21 City Councillors representing 10 different City Council wards- Bowerham, Bulk, Castle, Ellel, Halton-with-Aughton and Kellet, John O'Gaunt, Marsh, Scotforth West, University and Warton. 
  • Lancashire County Council by Division - we have one County Councillor representing the county division Lancaster Central.

We do not yet have any Councillors on Wyre Council. If you'd like to help us change that, please get involved!

Officers & Executive

The Officers run the local North Lancashire Green Party on a voluntary basis, with each Officer taking responsibility for a particular aspect of the work involved. Those on the Executive Committee meet around once a month to make collective decisions, and are also responsible for acting on any decisions made at the annual Annual General Meeting or other decisions made by local members. Officers are voted in at the annual AGM, or if a position becomes vacant between times, may be co-opted into the role.  

Officer roles include the local party Chair/Co-ordinator, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Funding Co-ordinator, Internal Communications Officer, Volunteer Co-ordinator, Campaigns Organiser, External Communications Co-ordinator, Young Greens Co-ordinator, Co-ordinators for Districts, and the Council Group Leader and Deputy Leader.
