Vote Green – Vote Andrew Otway for Skerton

Andrew says:

“I am retired now so I have the time and energy as well as the enthusiasm to be a County Councillor for Skerton. I have learned a lot about local government through my City Council role, and I believe I can make a difference to people’s lives. The Green Party’s values and community-centred approach to politics are very important to me, and I will continue to work hard for the people of Skerton all year round.”
